It all began in 1870 in Bitonto, in the very heart of Apulia, with the production of extra virgin olive oil. A family history of passion for work and love for the land and its products.
In 1994 the entire company production was converted to pasta and baked goods. Since then, Nicola Milo and his four children, Giuseppe, Marida, Saverio and Giovanni, are constantly committed to offering innovative high-quality products processed always respecting the best Italian food tradition.
